AIFLAM Advanced Arbitration Training

The Advanced Course topics will be presented through six 2-hour online sessions delivered weekly, commencing Thursday 27th October 2022, and concluding on 1st December 2022. In addition, participants will be required to attend a two-day workshop delivered in person at Bond University Gold Coast on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st January 2023.

Pre-requisites

The pre-requisites for attending the course are that you are a legal practitioner, and:

a) You must have completed the AIFLAM Arbitration Training Course (or equivalent);
b) You have practiced for at least 10 years with at least 50% of your work in that time being in relation to family law matters; and
c) You are currently on the list of Reg 67B Family Law Arbitrators
