How do we best deal with it? How can we improve the outcomes for families involved? What should we be doing differently?

In this free-flowing panel discussion, we will hear a diverse range of perspectives—from a judge, a solicitor, and a clinical psychologist—each bringing a wealth of collective experience to the conversation.

Panel Facilitator: Jason Walker, Forté Family Lawyers

Panellists:

The Hon Justice Cohen, Family Court of Western Australia
Dr Phil Watts, Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, Mind State Psychology
Samantha Bailey, Bailey Family Law

The Intensive will include discussions on issues such as sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking, physical violence, and the impact of such issues on Court users.

If you experience distress or are triggered by anything discussed at the Intensive, you may find assistance through the following services: 1800RESPECT, 13YARN, or Beyond Blue.
