The Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia is proud to announce that the 2021 Online Family Law Intensive is now available for registration, access and viewing.

The Online Intensive is a pre-recorded video version of the in-person Family Law Intensives for which the Family Law Section is known.

Paying delegates receive full, unlimited access to videos and papers prepared by leaders in the field, adapted to the online space to provide interesting, engaging and practical content for family law practitioners.

There is over 6 hours of video content included, giving attendees a minimum of 6 claimable CLE points for their Law Society or specialist accreditation requirements.

CPD Information
If you consider that this program satisfies your individual requirements, or is relevant to your immediate or long-term professional development needs, you may claim 1 CPD unit for each hour of attendance and participation in the program – please check your local rules in relation to maximum points claimed.

Please note that the CPD allocation should be used as a guide only and will be subject to each States individual audit requirements.

WA practitioners should be aware of the changes being applied by the Legal Practice Board of Western Australia (LPBWA) to the CPD auditprocess which will take effect from 1 April 2021.
